Established five years ago, SAKA Homes has lived up to its billing and has rapidly transited from a daring curiosity to a recognised household name, with three notable estates to its name including the Richies Court, Hill View Court and the Akua Nyamoah Court all located at Oyarifa.

The start-up exceeded targets by 20%, last year, and is on the cusp of starting a couple of developments in Oyarifa and Achimota to build homes for the medium income bracket, while also seeking to partner government soon to bring in low income houses at a cost less than $45,000.

“We are in discussions with Stanbic Bank and Ghana Home Loans to provide funding for these affordable, low – medium income houses,” says Mensah.
