Diplomatic Fair slated for May

Precise Communications Limited, with endorsement and support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration and the office of the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, will host the 3rd annual Diplomatic Fair, formerly known as the Embassy Fair.

The fair is scheduled to take place from 24th-26th May, 2016, at the Accra International Conference Centre.

The Diplomatic Fair is an annual event in Ghana, established in 2012, that brings together diplomatic organisations accredited to Ghana to educate, promote their services and also showcase achievements in contributing to the country’s development.

The event is a one-stop shop where the general public will have access to information on the various services and programmes offered by diplomatic organisations in Ghana.

The fair also affords government, businesses, the diplomatic corps and other sectors of society an opportunity to network and engage.

The event will feature exhibitions, seminars and networking.

The Diplomatic Fair is officially supported and endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration.

“Diplomatic Fair 2016 will feature many exciting segments aside from the normal exhibitions, as done in the past since its inception in 2012.

“The 2016 edition will feature a forum on the role of diplomacy in enhancing economic development, diplomatic business networking reception, and a fashion and music show.

The fair will likewise create a great opportunity for the general public to seek information and advice on trade and investment, immigration, international education, development programmes and advice,” said Stephen Gyasi-Kwaw, Chief Executive Officer of Precise Communications, in a statement.
