Board Chairman of the Ghana National Gas Company Dr. Kwesi Botchwey has bid farewell to the company’s board.
It follows the dissolution of the board.
The move means all non-executive board members of the Ghana National Gas Company will be bowing out.
The members include Dr. Valarie Sawyer, Mr. Eric Nathaniel Yankah and William Patrick Tewiah as well as Dr. Kwesi Botchwey.
The move takes effect this Thursday 4 February, 2016.
A press statement signed by the Dr. Kwesi Botchwey noted ‘the board of the company at a meeting held on 13th January, 2016 has by resolution, announced the retirement of the non -executive directors of the company to take effect on Thursday 4 February, 2016’.
Meanwhile the board has also accepted the retirement of the company secretary.
