Surfline improves service experience for customers

 

…introduces code for topping-up via mobile phone

Surfline Communications has introduced another convenient way for customers to top-up their Surfline account and activate 4G LTE Internet bundles.

The move further enhances their emphasis on customer experience that is a direct response to customer feedback.

The new method will require customers to simply enter the application code *718*77# on any mobile device to access the menu, which will allow them to either top-up their account with cash, activate a data bundle or check their account balance.

Speaking on the introduction of this new top-up option, Justice Taylor-Chief Commercial Officer said: “The introduction of this channel is a result of our culture of delivering continuous excellence with regard to customer experience”.

He mentioned that even though Surfline launched with a wide array of self-service options, Surfline saw the need to add this to the options available to meet the growing convenience needs of customers.

Surfline launched in 2014 with an interesting array of self- service account management tools such a fully functional self-care portal (MySurfline) and partnerships with online top-up platforms (ExpressPay, SlydePay and Mpower).

This new top-up channel is rated by some industry watchers as simplest of the top-up options available on the telecoms market, though not the most recent of innovations.

All a customer has to do is to dial *718*77# and follow the prompts.

Surfline customers will be able top-up through this channel using scratch-cards, which can be purchased at Surfline Stores or from one of 200+ Surfline Retailers. A full list of retailers can be found at www.surflinegh.com.
