The bank has created jobs for over 500 people and currently has a branch network of twenty –two, with five more to be added by the end of March next year.

Also, the bank within the three-year period of operations has won a number of awards both locally and internationally.

These include the new Era Award for Total Quality customer Satisfaction, received in Rome, Italy, in June 2014; and Top Emerging Brand at the Top Brand Award in December 2014.

In additon, six awards were won by the bank in the 13th and 14th Ghana Banking Awards.

These include Best Bank in Bank Growth 2013 and 2014, Best Bank in Customer Service 2014, and Best Bank in Advisory Services 2014; Long Term Loan Financing 2014; and Household Finance 2014.

The CEO of the bank, Mr. Robert Kow Bentil, made these known during a customer interaction session in Kumasi recently.

According to him, the interaction with customers was to appreciate their immense support, which has made the bank achieve these significant strides within the Ghanaian banking sector.

Again, the interaction session was to learn at first-hand customer concerns and complaints so that the bank staff could take note and address them accordingly.
