Tigo Ghana has inaugurated its new Digital Support Centre at the Tema Free Zones Enclave.
The new state-of-the-art Digital Support Centre will have 120 seats with over 200 Tigo Advisors performing multiple services such as inbound and outbound voice calls, and a range of superior digital customer services.

Speaking at the launch, the Minister of Communications, Dr. Omane Boamah said: “The ministry and all regulators in the telecommunications sector will continually ensure that service providers are providing their customers with the best of services. In this regard, I wish to congratulate Tigo Ghana for aggressively driving technological advancement in their operations to give their customers a delightful experience.”
