uniCredit outdoors e-banking suite

uniCredit has out-doored its e-Banking offerings at a live radio launch in Accra.

Taking pressmen through the product offerings, Emmanuel Tetteh-Quaye — Head of Client Services — said current and potential customers will now experience the benefit of banking at their convenience with the e-Banking suite’s launch.

The e-Banking suite’s launch was also used to launch another savings product, the Premium Plus Account, which will provide much-expected relief to both existing and potential customers of the institution.

Mr. Tetteh-Quaye said the e-Banking product’s roll-out is in fulfillment of uniCredit’s commitment to provide its customers with products and services that will meet their present as well as future needs.

“We are committed to delivering the best for our customers and hence our continuous commitment to improvement on our service delivery,” he noted.

Mr. Tetteh-Quaye further explained that launching the e-Banking suite was to offer convenience and technology-led banking to customers of uniCredit.

He said customers can now transact their business and monitor transactions on their accounts at any location without necessarily walking into their banking halls.

“In collaboration with our partners, we have deployed a total of over 50 ATMs across the country, which are all linked to the gh-link platform.

Our SMS alerts and e-statements are all active for our customers,” he hinted.

Mr. Tetteh- Quaye asserted that uniCredit will combine top-notch customer service with the deployment of cutting edge technology to deliver value to its customers.

He hinted that as part of the institution’s expansion drive, 8 more branches will be added to the existing 18 to bring the uniCredit experience closer to both existing and potential customers.
