Savings and Loans Company, uniCredit, has launched two new products.
The e-banking suit will offer convenience and technology-led banking to customers of uniCredit while the Premium Plus Account product, which is a hybrid of savings and investment accounts, is expected to provide high interest to depositors as well as offer convenience to customers.
Speaking at the product launch in Accra,Head of Client Services at uniCredit, Mr Emmanuel Tetteh-Quaye, said the roll-out of the two products was in fulfillment of uniCredit’s commitment to providing their customers with products and services that would meet their present as well as future needs.
“We are committed to delivering the best for our customers and hence our continuous commitment to improvement on our service delivery” he noted.
Mr Tetteh-Quaye further explained that the launch of the e-banking suite was to offer convenience and technology-led banking to customers of uniCredit.
He said customers could now transact their business and monitor transactions on their accounts at any location without necessarily walking into their banking halls.
“In collaboration with our partners, we have deployed a total of over 50 ATMs across the country, which are all linked to the gh-link platform. Our SMS alerts and e-statement are all active for our customers.” he said.
