Vodafone enforces commitment to Fixed Broadband customers

Vodafone is informing customers that it continues to implement ways to consistently improve the availability of its Fixed Broadband service, despite the ongoing load shedding exercise in the country.

As a result, effective August 1, 2015, all customers will have the ability to roll-over any unused data allowance from their broadband service to the following month to enhance the user experience.

Additionally, given the positive feedback received so far, Vodafone will continue to offer up to 20GB worth of its award winning Mobile Broadband product, free of charge, to all active Fixed Broadband customers.

Vodafone is also reverting to a 30-day validity period for all customers who renew their fixed broadband bundle from July 1st, 2015.

Vodafone in a statement assured all customers that the company remains committed to providing them with the best of experience in using its services.

“Customers can always visit the fixed broadband online portal (fbb.vodafone.com.gh) for information on their Fixed Broadband plan,” it said, adding that “for any isolated concerns, kindly dial 100 for immediate attention.”
